Here at Grove Design, we offer premium support for Backdraft users who need help from an expert. Over the years, not only have we built Backdraft, but we've helped hundreds of customers just like you to build fully-functional responsive websites.
Pricing
The pricing is pretty simple. The work for troubleshooting and providing a solution will be billed at $60 USD per hour. The minimum fee is $15. If the "problem" is actually a bug, you don't pay anything. We only accept payment via Paypal at this time.

- Be as detailed as possible.
- Specify how your document currently behaves, and how you'd like it to behave.
- If you have more than one issue that needs addressing, number each of the issues.
- Either upload the website to a server, or save the Freeway file as an archive, upload it somewhere, and send the download link along. Better yet, do both!
